$300 Regular Pricing Window: Standard rates apply for bookings completed between October 10, 2026 and December 8, 2026.

$320 Late Registration Window: Bookings made on or after December 9, 2026 will be charged the late rate and are completely non-refundable.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

100% Full Refund: Available for cancellations received on or before December 8, 2026.

50% Partial Refund: Available for cancellations received between December 9, 2026 and December 24, 2026.

No Refund: No refunds can be issued for cancellations received on or after December 25, 2026.
