How to Secure Your Spot

To make a reservation for an upcoming weekend, please follow these simple steps:

Fill out and submit the registration form below with your payment details so we can lock everything in for you!

Payment Deadlines & Pricing Tiers

To secure our beautiful Becoming spaces and plan our community feasts, we use three pricing tiers based on when you register. Please note that exact prices are listed individually for each specific event, as different venues and locations will vary in price.

Early Bird Price: To receive the special discount, your registration and payment must be completed at least 90 days (3 months) before the first day of the weekend. This allows us to secure our collective home well in advance!

Regular Price: This standard rate applies to all registrations completed between 89 days and 30 days before the first day of the weekend. Payment is due in full at the time of booking.

Late Registration Price: For any last-minute spots booked less than 30 days before the first day of the weekend, the late rate applies. Payment is due immediately upon booking and falls under our non-refundable policy window.

Refunds & Transfers

Full refund for cancellations received at least 30 days before the first day of the weekend.

A 50% refund is available for cancellations received 14–29 days before the first day of the weekend.

No refunds can be given for cancellations received less than 14 days before the first day of the weekend.

Registrations are fully transferable to another participant if you are unable to attend.
