3. Refunds & Transfers

• Full refund for cancellations received at least 30 days before the first day of the weekend.

• 50% refund for cancellations received 14–29 days before the first day of the weekend.

• No refunds for cancellations received less than 14 days before the first day of the weekend.

Registrations are fully transferable to another participant if you are unable to attend.
