Join our ongoing Becoming meditation retreats hosted throughout where a community devoted to the work gathers to step beyond familiar patterns, cultivate coherence, and tune into new possibilities.

Your 4 Day Journey Includes

  • Guided Meditations: Seated, walking, and lying-down practices inspired by Dr. Joe Dispenza, designed to help you break habitual patterns and tune into new potentials.

We operate as a cooperative community: Participants share the cost of lodging and contribute food for group meals. This simple, supportive approach allows everyone to fully engage in the experience while nurturing connection and shared responsibility.

Our meditation weekends ( 4 day) began in 2025 as a way to gather in dedicated practice using the meditations of Dr. Joe Dispenza. These Becoming weekends provide focused time to step away from daily routines and fully engage in the work, aligning mind and body, cultivating elevated emotions, and practicing intentional creation.

We share the cost of the Becoming spaces and each contribute food for the group, creating a simple and supportive community experience. Our time includes both seated and walking meditations, guided practices from Dr. Joe’s work, and space for reflection and connection.

Whether you are new to this work or have been practicing for years, you are welcome here.

From the moment you arrive, you are part of the circle, united in intention, growth, and possibility.

After

  • Use your experience guide to navigate the weekend schedule.

  • Coordinate meals by listing dishes in the shared spreadsheet for smooth communal dining.

  • Bring your meditation essentials: mat, cushion, eye mask, headphones/earbuds, and extra blankets.

  • Upload captured moments to our shared space, noting that photos may be used for public communication unless you opt out.
