What is the overall format of a Becoming Weekend?

We follow a loose, posted schedule that outlines meditation sessions and shared meal times, offering both structure and spaciousness throughout the weekend. Adjustments may be made as we go, depending on the flow and needs of the group.

What types of meditations will we practice?

We practice Dr. Joe Dispenza’s meditations in seated, lying down, and walking formats.

What is the atmosphere like?
 

The atmosphere is grounded in love, gratitude, and respect, with space for each creator to show up authentically.

Where do we stay and what are the sleeping arrangements?

We stay in communal spaces. Accommodations may include beds, couches, air mattresses, and other shared sleeping arrangements, depending on the Becoming space.

What is included in my investment?

Your investment covers lodging, group meditation sessions, communal meals and the collective space we create together.

How are meals handled?

Participants bring prepared dishes to share with the community. Because kitchen space is often limited, we ask that food be cooked in advance whenever possible.  Each dish should feed 8-10 people.

Is this Becoming Weekend affiliated with Dr. Joe Dispenza or his organization?

No. This is an independently organized group and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Dr. Joe Dispenza or his company.

What is the group size?

Group size varies by Becoming space, with current gatherings typically ranging from 16 to 25 participants.

What if I need to cancel?

Is this weekend appropriate if I am navigating health or emotional challenges?

Many creators  attend while moving through personal healing journeys. You are welcome to add yourself to the healee list and hold a clear intention for your experience.
